2.1 Any Personal Data described above will be kept strictly confidential, and will be used mainly for the following purposes:

b) manage membership applications;
c) provision of membership services;
d) assemble a membership directory circulated in the intranet of the HKSESSA;Â
e) conduct event promotions (including events which may or may not be hosted by the HKSESSA)

g) communicate with you about, and administer your participation in events, programs, promotions, surveys, and market research;
h) respond to your inquiries; and
i) perform data analyses (including demographic analyses and anonymization and aggregation of information).
2.2 Only the Executive Committee and Functional Committees of the HKSESSA and authorized third parties will have permission to assess such Personal Data.
2.3 We also may use the information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
2.4 We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. No information would be used for commercial purposes.
- Transfer and Exchange of Data
We will not provide your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. Where your Personal Data is transferred to authorised third parties, the HKSESSA will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the transferred information is used for the stated purposes.
